Mercure Daventry Court Hotel & Spa, Sedgemoor Way, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 0SG

With some accommodation at Hellidon Lakes Hotel (12-15 minutes drive from conference venue).

The Hotel Situation

Whilst all conference sessions, exhibitions, bookshops and meals (except for breakfast) will be provided at the Daventry Court Hotel, there is insufficient bedroom space to cope with the anticipated demand for the weekend. The conference organisers have reserved sufficient accommodation at a nearby hotel, of equivalent level of refinement, to cater for the overspill.

The dormitory hotel will be the Hellidon Lakes Golf Hotel & Spa. This is situated about 15 minutes drive from the Daventry Court Hotel, and where possible will not be used to house those with families, or those not arriving by car. Those staying at Hellidon Lakes will take breakfast there on Saturday and Sunday mornings before travelling to the main conference site.

Because of the need to cater for families it is not possible to guarantee accommodation at the main conference site simply by booking early, but you may note any preference you have in the comment section of the booking form.
